Product Overview
CRL Watertight Cover Plates are designed to reduce water leakage. This plate is a replacement to the standard plate. There are no modifications needed. Take off the standard cover plate and replace with the New Watertight Cover Plate, it's as simple as that. Important Notes: NOTE: When using a Watertight Cover Plate the door can only be opened outwards. We suggest installing a stop or jamb so the door cannot be pushed inwards. Use only the template included with our hinge. Cut-out dimensions for CRL hinges may not match those of other brands.
