Sioux Chief FullFlush ABS Offset Flange. Use to deal with the real world problems contractors face, like a misaligned pipe or inconvenient floor joists. What makes these flanges unique is their full flow capacity. A 3 inch ball will pass through either unobstructed. This feature has enabled these flanges to pass code a first. Allows for 11/2 inch offset in any direction for closet bowl setting, 3 inch hub connection. Comes with a corrosion-resistant, 430 stainless steel swivel ring.
