The SmartCap is a closet or toilet bolt cover designed to hide the portion of a bolt extending through a mounting hole in the toilet base. The base has a wall with external threadsh and the cap has internal threads. The top side of the base of the cover has a flat circular piece with space to allow a tool to fit onto a nut placed onto a bolt extended through it.
