Product Overview
The Southwire 657S is a 2-1/2 inch EMT compression connector designed for securing electrical metallic tubing (EMT) to electrical boxes or enclosures. This compression-type fitting ensures a reliable and secure connection. Constructed from steel with a zinc-plated finish, it offers corrosion resistance. The connector is UL Listed under standard 514B and is engineered to be both rain-tight and concrete-tight, making it suitable for use in wet or embedded applications. It comes pre-assembled with a steel locknut for installation. For sizes 2-1/2 inches and larger, these connectors are also suitable for use with rigid or intermediate metallic conduit (IMC).
