TDC70 Standard Duty Commercial Closer, Standard Arm Tri-Packed, Aluminum Painted
TDC 70 Door Closer is ANSI/BHMA certified heavy duty Grade 1 with aluminum body, and UL 10C 3-hour rated.
Overhead Closers available in a variety of applications and grades.
With options for low, medium and high-traffic applications, many TownSteel Overhead Closers are suitable for both interior and exterior placement.
TDC40 Features:
- For heavily-trafficked areas, interior or exterior
- Heavy-duty cast-iron body, non-handed
- Precision rack and pinion construction
