The Teddico/BWF B81RK duplex receptacle kit provides a complete solution for establishing an electrical outlet in outdoor or wet locations. This kit typically includes a rectangular 3-hole electrical box, a self-closing duplex cover, a duplex receptacle, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Constructed from durable die-cast metal, the components are finished in gray for weather resistance. The self-closing cover is designed to protect the receptacle from elements, meeting the requirements of NEC Article 410-57(b) for weatherproof protection when an outlet is in use. Teddico/BWF weatherproof products are generally UL Listed, CSA Certified, and NEMA 3R rated. The included duplex receptacle is commonly rated for 125V and 15A.
