ANSI Grade 1 Heavy Duty Low Escutcheon Mortise Lock, Congress Lever, Single Cylinder Entrance/Apartment, SFIC Prep, Less Core, Satin Chrome
The MS series Mortise Lock is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. The "L" escutcheon is 8-5/32" in height, 2-9/32" in width and 29/64" in projection. Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. 8 commercial lever and Knob in 8 BHMA finishes to select from.
