The Trine 001C electric strike is a fail-secure device designed for access control systems, keeping a door locked when power is removed and unlocking it when energized. It operates with 8-16VAC (1.3-2.7 amps) or 4-6VDC power. This non-handed unit features a 5-7/8" x 1-1/4" faceplate with a 1-3/4" offset from the top, finished in satin chrome (BHMA 652/US26D). It provides a holding force of 1000 lbs and is rated for 500,000 life cycles. Compatible with cylindrical locks having up to a 5/8" latch throw, it can be installed in both wood and metal door jambs. The strike's latch cavity measures approximately 1/2" deep, 9/16" wide, and 1-1/2" high. It is an intermittent duty device.
