The Trine 001C mortise electric strike is a light-duty commercial-grade access control device designed for new or replacement installations in wood and metal door jambs. This fail-secure unit, which unlocks when power is applied, operates on 4-6VDC or 8-16VAC with intermittent duty and produces an audible buzzing sound during activation. It accommodates cylindrical locks and deadlatches with up to a 5/8 inch latch throw and features a non-handed design for versatile application. The strike is finished in satin chrome, corresponding to ANSI/BHMA finish code 652 or 626 (US26D). It is engineered for 500,000 life cycles and provides a holding force of 1000 lbs. The face plate measures 5-7/8" x 1-1/4".
