The Counter Top Thru Glass Two Way Electronic Communicator Standard Type is designed for counter top installations where clear two way voice communication is required through glass partitions. This unit supports audio exchange between two separated areas without direct contact and is commonly used at service counters and reception points. It is constructed from aluminum and finished in satin anodized for indoor counter environments. The communicator has a Depth of 2-3/8", an Exterior Thickness of 1/2", and a Height of 2-3/8", allowing compact placement on counter surfaces. The Thru Glass Unit Diameter measures 5" and supports glass thickness up to 1-3/16". The Counter Top Unit Width is 6", and the Inside Assembly measures 6" Width x 2-3/8" Height x 2-3/8" Depth, fitting neatly within counter structures. A removable microphone is included to support interior side voice pickup during communication. Mounting hardware is not included, and installation requires a partition hole size of 3-1/2". The unit operates using a required 115V/AC power supply and weighs 4 lbs. Audio distortion is rated at less than 2%, supporting controlled sound levels during normal operation.
