Product Overview

Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device, Exit Only, No Trim, Pneumatic Latch Retraction, Satin Aluminum Clear Anodized

9848-F/9948-F Concealed vertical rod device for use on pairs of doors up to 8 Ft. x 10 Ft. (2438mm x 3048mm), UL listed for fire exit hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 - 2008 Grade 1. The 9848-F device has a smooth mechanism case and the 9948-F device has a grooved case. The concealed vertical rod device is non-handed except when the following device option is used: SS (signal switch).

Grade 1 exit devices available in an array of finishes.

The 9947 Series by Von Duprin is UL listed for panic exit hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 - 2008 Grade 1 with a grooved case.
