The Mold Armor Mold Preventer, Disinfectant & Flood Cleanup, MPN FG550A by W. M. Barr & Company, is a one-step liquid solution designed for mold control and multi-surface disinfection. This EPA-registered formula (EPA Reg. # 10324-85-4091) effectively inhibits the growth of mold and mildew, destroys odors, and kills 99.9% of household bacteria and viruses, including Human Coronavirus, Herpes Simplex Type 1 and Type 2, HIV-1, Respiratory syncytial Virus, and Vaccinia Virus. It functions as a fungicide, disinfectant, sanitizer, mildewstat, and virucide. Suitable for use on non-food, non-porous surfaces, it is also effective for water and smoke damage restoration, and carpet cleaning (note: not for use in California for these specific applications). The ready-to-use solution contains quaternary ammonium compounds and is free of abrasives, bleach, and harsh acids, providing a clear liquid with a fragranced odor. This 1-gallon product is intended for indoor and outdoor applications.
