Product Overview
This Wiha 32938 insulated industrial lineman's plier is designed for gripping, pulling, twisting, and cutting various wires in electrical applications. Constructed from premium quality C70 tool steel, it features induction-hardened cutting edges and jaws with approximately 64 HRC for superior sharpness and longevity. The plier is individually tested to 10,000V AC and rated for safe working up to 1,000V AC (1,500V DC), meeting VDE, EN/IEC 60900, ASTM F1505, NFPA-70E, and CSA safety standards. It incorporates a patented DynamicJoint for enhanced gripping power and easier cuts, along with a knurled striking zone for hammering or reaming conduit. The 9.5-inch (241mm) plier is equipped with ergonomic cushion grip handles and a slip guard design for comfort and control.
