Product Overview
The Siemens Q220U QP Series is a 2-pole, 20-amp thermal-magnetic circuit breaker designed for reliable overcurrent and short-circuit protection in electrical systems. This molded case breaker features a non-interchangeable trip and a plug-in connection for quick and secure installation, including Insta-Wire terminals. It is rated for 120/240V AC with a 10,000 Ampere Interrupting Capacity (AIC) and is suitable for Siemens PL and ES series load centers. The unit occupies two 1-inch spaces (1 inch per pole) in the panel. It is UL Listed and HACR rated for use in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration applications. The common trip mechanism ensures both poles open simultaneously in case of a fault. Compatible wire sizes are 12-10 AWG (aluminum) and 14-12 AWG (copper).
