Product Overview
The Carlon E986D-CTN is a rigid, non-metallic Type LB conduit body designed for electrical conduit systems. Constructed from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), it provides access and allows for changes in direction within a 1/2 inch conduit run. It features a textured lid with a foam-in-place gasket and includes the necessary gasket and screws for installation. The hubs are unthreaded and suitable for use with Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 non-metallic solvent weld conduits. This non-corrosive and non-conductive fitting has a cubic capacity of 4 cubic inches, an overall length of 3-7/32 inches, and an overall width of 1-11/32 inches. It is UL Listed, CSA Listed, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
