The Jackson® CRL Cylinder Dogging System for the 20 Series and 12 series Exit Devices requires a custom fabricated cam. The standard cam supplied with the device is an MS type with a "cross" hole pattern. If the cam on the cylinder you intend to use with the device is a different type, or has a different hole pattern, in most instances, you can send us your cams and we will fabricate them to work with the exit device.
