Product Overview
The Ives WS406CCV wall-mounted door stop is constructed from wrought brass and features a concave rubber bumper. This design prevents door knobs from striking and damaging walls or engaging lock mechanisms, making it suitable for privacy, entry, and passage door sets. It utilizes a concealed, tamper-proof mounting system, complete with fasteners for both drywall and wood applications, and includes a factory pre-assembled backplate for simplified installation. This commercial-grade door stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter, has a 1" projection, and a 3/8" base thickness. It is finished in Satin Chrome (US26D) and conforms to ANSI/BHMA A156.16 standards (L22251 for brass) for auxiliary hardware, which specifies performance, durability, and finish requirements.
