BRK Brands model SC7010LBLV is a wire-in, 120-Volt AC/DC with 10-Year Lithium Battery Backup photoelectric smoke and electrochemical CO voice alarm, specifically designed for residential and institutional applications including sleeping rooms of hospitals, hotel/motels, dormitories and other multi-family dwellings. Eliminate battery replacements and reduce maintenance costs for an entire decade. SC7010LBLV has a factory-locked backup battery compartment in which residents cannot tamper with or remove. Properties remain protected without additional maintenance for the facilities maintenance team. This unit is a state-of-the-art combo alarm that features a voice warning with location. This exclusive feature incorporates a voice that will speak one of 13 pre-programmed locations and the danger detected.
