In 1980, Wikk Industries was established to design and manufacture a range of balanced doors. Subsequently, the company expanded its product line to include automatic door activation devices, commonly known today as switches. When the Americans with Disabilities Act was enacted in 1991, Wikk had already established itself in the market with a comprehensive selection of switches, mounts, and accessories. In 2004, Wikk introduced the INGRESS'R, rapidly becoming the industry benchmark for quality, design, and accessibility.
